Historical data availability?

I’m seeing something strange.

I go to Connections → Playback and the Historical window comes up.

I click expand the Historical item and expand town to the minute level, the minute data is there for every month of this year.

When I playback the historical data, the price ticker will only start on 6/11/2026 midnight.

Note that I am able to download historical data, I’ve tried downloading the data of the same timespan.

The chart will also show price bars for the same timespan (and even before that).

What am I doing wrong?

Historical Playback does not use your minute bars. It replays historical tick data, so the slider can only start where your tick history starts, which looks like 6/11 here. Charts build from minute data, which is why they go back further. In that same Playback window, expand Tick instead of Minute: the first date there is your real start. To go further back you need tick data for those dates.
