Hi ChelseaB, what is it that says ‘with an anchor’? I mean what does it mean by that? Is it the number beside it or something else?

@NinjaTrader_ChelseaB It is great seeing you posting in the new forum. I have gotten so much value out of your posts and code samples in the “old” forum over the past years and am looking forward to what this new community-driven support forum becomes.

Any way to turn on preview on hover, like the old forums?

Danny, we switched to “discourse” as the forum vendor and I did a search and found that it is not a default behavior of discourse and I saw no way to enable it or do it.

Have NT cut back on support staff? It’s hard not to notice a change. On the previous forum posts would get answered very quickly by various NT team members. That doesn’t appear to be the case on this forum at all. If you go back and look at:

There’s not a single post without a response on the first page from a NT team member. Not one

Whereas on here, there’s a lot. Some posts without response for a week.

it appears you have not read the description that says these forums are not answered by NT staff, only by community members. if you ned an answer by NT staff, you need to use the support webpage on main site to start chat with bot, then escalate to staff, then wait for email response.

Ah, I did not see that. What shame. The previous forum was great.

I checked, plugin above is limited to enterprise version which we don’t have :frowning:

Their pricing is $20, $100, and $500 per month for up to Business tier pricing. Enterprise tier doesn’t list a price, just says “Let’s talk.”

I think we’re witnessing the beginning of the end of NinjaTrader as we knew it. Damn you, Kraken, damn you.
