Help on Missing Data

I’m seeing some missing candles for ES SEP24 on 1-minute charts. I’ve contacted NinjaTrader Support, but they said it’s my data that has been corrupted.

Would you mind taking a quick look? I just want to make sure I am not doing anything stupid.

This happens actually not only on ES, but on other instruments as well (such as NQ, CL, and NG)

Try deleting your historical saved data, then reload historical data

Thanks Bruce! But I just did a brand new installation of NinjaTrader on a different computer and still see the same missing data … not sure what’s going on …

Is the data there? (Presumably not!)
