I built this indicator for my own futures trading on NinjaTrader, and it ended up useful enough that I turned it into a real product. It’s one indicator with three jobs:
Calculator — reads your account balance and risk %, and shows your max stop, 2R, and 3R in ticks, points, and dollars. It also suggests a stop distance based on the chart’s ATR, and a contract size that fits your risk budget — each one click to apply.
Planning lines — while you’re flat, live lines preview your stop placement (long stop below price, short stop above), trailing the market.
Risk/reward zones — the moment you’re filled with a stop loss order working (ATM stops detected automatically), it locks shaded 1R/2R/3R zones from your real entry and stop. Trail your stop and the red risk zone tightens while your targets hold.
It’s read-only — no signals, no auto-trading, it never touches your orders. It just passed NinjaTrader’s QA review and is listed on the Ecosystem: https://ninjatraderecosystem.com/search-results/?fwp_vendors=guardline
