My ES chart freezes and prices remain constant until I refresh the hysterical data.. Then freezes again.

Ensure you’re subscribed to, at least, the level 1 data feed. This might also already be included in your account offering if you’re recent to ninjatrader.
If the above sounds esoteric, reach out to support via email.

Some 3rd-party indicators are slowing your NT8 Platform. Some people achieved an 80-100x speed improvement for NT8 in this video: https://youtu.be/N_sqbgLk7jE. The point is: uninstall all “junk” first, and use speed-optimized indicators.
When my data gets hysterical I smack it around with a reboot. Usually helps.
If the top right of the chart says Loading… this will indicate a different issue then if it says Calculating… If “Loading” its usually a NT slow server issue. If its “Calculating” its usually an indicator issue.
