Thank you for your response. I understand that there should be no issue with my email, but I’m still facing the same problem when trying to access my account.
I’ve attached a screenshot showing the exact error message I receive:
“Cannot start a new customer application: We have noticed that your location does not match the Country of Residence
Could you please check this again and let me know what I should do to fix it?

You might’ve solved it by now, if not, contact Ninjatrader with the email on your screenshot.
