Finding percentage of instrument with range indicator

using the range indicator, i’m looking to plot the percentag of the range in the top or bottom left of the indicator window.

see attached pics of range indicator that is marked where the percentage number will be posted. (very similiar to the NetChangeDisplay indicator on where it plots.)
