Discrepancy in data on desktop and mobile

Has anyone seen the difference in volume traded for the day shown in the Ninja or Tradovate mobile apps vs. that in desktop version or the CME website? I see a difference of several tens of thousands. Why such a large discrepancy in daily volume total shown during the day?

I’m guessing broker is not including spread legs and CME is including it.

Not sure. Interactive Brokers mobile is matching up to the daily volume on CME. Not sure how Tradovate and Ninja mobile can miss so many tens of thousands of contracts.
