Desktop runs but can't log into account or dashboard - any ideas?

I have a large NT desktop strategy I developed over several years. I was away from it since May but when I started it up in December I could not log into my account or dashboard. But I could run the desktop strategy and even place live trades.
I have tried to get a resolution of this from the current support with no solution found. Anybody here who has had similar problems and best found a solution.

Ninja Trader also has multiple support phone numbers. Find it from your statement (or search for the number online) and call them if resolving the problem is important to you.

With the help of multiple support staff the situation was corrected. However on my system, The Google Chrome browser must be used to access the Account Dashboard. I called the active trading number and place my post here to get the attention level that was necessary to resolve my problems.

Firefox works ok for me.

Edit: Using Windows 10, if that matters.

That is good to know. I hope whatever the hangup is in my system will be cleared with use or become apparent. Security settings somewhere could be contributing. Currently my Windows 11 platform is using basic Microsoft installed security.

Windows 10 may be the key. I did not have this problem until I moved everything to a Windows 11 computer. That is a big downgrade as far as I am concerned at least for how I use a computer. Also the whole change took a LOT of my time.

I can’t enable a strategy with Playback. That worked fine until with staff help the “My Ninja Trader” connection.was made to work. It seems that somehting done to fix the first problem created the second problem.

I have fiddled with various ways of getting it to work with no success. I need help with it.

i suggest moving any script that may be improper or unfinished out of the strategy folder or exclude from list until you have determined the cause
