I have subscribed monthly to the CME data through my credit card. I am just going to be demo trading and NOT funding my live account. Will I be able to demo trade with the live data that I am paying the monthly subscription for OR do I need to fund my live account just to be able to demo trade?
NT has built in paper accounts via their simulator. These accounts appear as Simxxx, and you can have as many as you want. You do not need to have any funded account to trade these, just a viable data feed.

At the time of purchase, did you get any login credentials for creating a Connection in NinjaTrader?
[To get real-time data in NinjaTrader, you use Control Center to create a Connection using the username/password supplied by your data provider or your broker. Thus, until you have those credentials, and setup the Connection, the answer is no.]
Yeah I understand but i read somewhere that you need to fund your account even to demo trade even if you buy the data subscription.
I do have a login credential. I do not want to fund my live account instead just demo trade using data subscription i bought.
Is your broker NinjaTrader Brokerage?
Why not just ask them?
