I have version 8.1.3.1 64-bit and Kinetick data feed shows delayed data even I have signed up for live data . Anyone faces this trouble even I have reached Ninja and Kinetick almost no help for last more than a week .Rather than solving trouble they pick up online typed how to connect to Kinetick and send it
Maybe first upgrade to the latest stabile version 8.1.5.2
Then check again if the problem is solved.
