Hello NinjaTrader Support,
I am experiencing a recurring issue: between approximately 12:00 and 13:00 local time, the data feed disconnects completely and the NinjaTrader platform freezes. My internet connection remains stable during this period, and other internet-dependent applications work without problems.
Details of the issue:
- I am using a paid Nasdaq data feed subscription provided directly via NinjaTrader.
- No strategies or indicators are running on the charts.
About charts:
I have 11 charts open, but Task Manager shows 19 chart windows.
I noticed that when I minimize a chart tab, the duplicate window in Task Manager disappears. It seems that each chart tab is being created as a separate hidden window, which increases the number of processes and resource usage.

My questions:
- How can I remove these hidden/duplicate chart windows to reduce CPU usage and improve platform performance?
- Why does the Nasdaq data feed repeatedly disconnect between 12:00–13:00, and how can this be prevented?
