i use same username/pass to open the webninja to open the softwaredesktopninja , but when i do connection continuum ninjatrader it says wrong pass or username , i did the username i created , i did username demo3246983 which i was given. Never it works. i repeated many times
Today is Saturday, markets are closed for the weekend.
Thus, chances are the Continuum folks are doing server maintenance.
Also, the error message is lying. The only way to know if that error message is actually correct is if it happens while markets are open.
Patience.
Remember, the credentials for logging into NinjaTrader desktop will not be the same credentials to connect to Continuum.
[Well, I guess they could be the same for NT users with NT brokerage accounts – I don’t know about that specific situation, or about demo accounts, but I frankly doubt they’d do it that way.]
Logging into the desktop, web, or client dashboard at NinjaTrader.com is one and the same password – but all connections, no matter where they come from (Prop firms, brokerages, or demo) are surely going to be a separate thing, and therefore different credentials.

i did another continuum with other email ect.. still same
