Ninjatrader really sucks more and more:
they closed and deleted the old forum, and on the new forum you cannot share indicators in ZIP format.
I probably have the indicator you wish, but i cannot post him nor send it in a PM.

The name of the indicator is BARTIMER. Maybe someone else can extract the code and post it.

I’m not sure why they don’t have one, I think we discussed it many times on the old forum but I can’t remember actually the reason. I know a few people sell a clock for under 10 dollars.
For free options you can:

Set the windows clock to show seconds

Create a SharpDX clock on the chart, downside being it requires chart redraw every single second

Create a global WPF clock like this:
onrender is not guaranteed to refresh often unless indicator forces refresh which wastes resources therefore I would suggest to use windows clock instead.. There are few good ones on github. You will be saving resources, clock will update more smoothly and with more bells and whistles.
