In my NT, the chart randomly will stop updating at all. I have to disconnect the feed (Apex tradovate) and reconnect and the chart starts updating again.
This issue has caused severe losses in my trading. What can I do to ensure the chart doesn’t stop updating like this? The DOM and the chart just stop… nothing crashes/freezes and I can still interact with the UI. I just have to disconnect and reconnect.
NT latest, windows 11.
Version 8.1.5 is very new so not many people have experience with it here. Therefore I’d suggest you try with the prior version or contact NT support (who probably would want you to run the latest…)

I am not aware of big issue like that affecting multiple versions. If you have timer indicator on the chart - does it stop updating?
