Can't see my BULENOX accounts

Hi… I tried everything with no luck…

My new bulenox accounts appear on Rtrader but not on Ninja even after all have followed all steps.

Any ideas?

I know ,I say you need to use the key license from bulenox into your ninjtrader loggin plan or you need to check if you choose the right system when you set the bulenox connection
these 2 thoings make it dont work
