I’m running into a playback controller error and could use some help? Here’s my setup:
I recently subscribed to Kinetic data feed and also use IQ Feed as a secondary data source. Both feeds are working properly—I’m able to download daily data for any date I select without any issues. As you can see in the attached screenshots, the historical data loads fine.
However, when I attempt to use the playback controller to replay the downloaded data, I consistently get this error message:
“Value must be greater than or equal to 3/3/2026 12:00:00 AM”
I’ve tried with data from both feeds, but the error persists regardless of which source I’m using. The playback controller seems to be rejecting the date/time parameters I’m setting.
Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on what might be causing this or how to resolve it would be greatly appreciated.
