when i try to get the data box to show on my screen it doesn’t show up. however when i look at the screens that are available to view it is there, but when i click on it, it doesn’t show. i can click on the x and get rid of it but i can’t get it to where i can view it. what do i need to do?

That is odd. Have you tried either these?
- Alt-Tab to the Data Box window.
- Perhaps it somehow became resized such only the window title bar is showing. If so, carefully position the mouse pointer over the bottom of the title bar. If a resizing mouse pointer show, then click and try to resize.
