Earlier today, I created an account and selected “Use desktop platform with multiple brokers”
Once I was in my dashboard I purchased the subscription for the multi broker add-on. Payment went through, I confirmed that my credit card was charged, and in the NT dashboard it said the add-on was “ACTIVE”.
I then connected my brokerage (IBKR) following the step-by-step instructions provided to a T. All of the API settings and all that are indeed correct. The log tab confirms that my brokerage is indeed connected to the platform, but my account is not showing under the accounts tab. All that shows is the name I chose for the connection and Sim101 as the account with $100k.
I have went through the config settings in TWS multiple times to ensure everything is setup as per the instructions. I have disconnected/reconnected multiple times and even reinstalled NT, to no avail. I ended up going back into my NT dashboard and it not longer shows the multi broker add-on as ACTIVE, yet I’ve still been charged for it on my credit card and I have an email receipt from NT. I logged in and out of dashboard multiple times as well to see if it would reupdate to show as active, but that didn’t help either. Now when I try to re-purchase the add-on, I get an error saying “Failed: Please upgrade your plan to access this entitlement”.
Frustrating to say the least, but has anyone had similar issues and if so how did you resolve? I’ve already opened up a ticket with NT support but haven’t heard back yet.
