I’ve been trying all day and I’m sure my login details are correct but I keep getting a “Failed to verify vendor license…” error when attempting to access our account. We’ve tried in different locations: Asia and Europe and we get the same error. Is there something wrong with Ninja’s licensing servers?
Hi @kmac, I just now tried to connect to the NinjaTrader vendor licensing servers using the “Vendor Licensing” add-on from within my instance of NinjaTrader from the U.S. and had no problem connecting. If you try it now and still can’t connect, I recommend contacting the vendor support team.

Mine is working fine too, so issue may be on your end.
I recently had the exact same issue, so I restarted NT and tried connecting from a different system but got the same results. After waiting for several hours for the issue to fix itself, I finally emailed vendor support and they asked me to restart EVERYTHING - including NT, my pc and network gear (network switch and cable modem). I thought restarting network gear was an odd request, but I did it anyway. Sure enough restarting my cable modem fixed it. As odd as that may sound, you might want to give it a try.
Thank you for all your replies. I was using NinjaTrader 7 to access our vendor account this whole time and we were informed by Ninja support that it has been buggy so we were advised to use the NT8 vendors license add-on which worked right off the bat.
