I uninstalled Ninjatrader and after reinstalling my Bulenox accounts were gone. Ok, I did every step what I could find including adding License key but nothing has helped. I even wrote to Rithmic, Bulenox but they all said that if I can see these accounts under Rithmic I need to get help from Ninjatrader. So I asked for remote support and was so happy for it, but my provider did not show up for our remote meeting. So here I am, trying to get hel from REAL person. Did anyone who had signed for remote meeting, did you get it too? Or anyonbe who could help me to get these accounts up and charts running, please give me advise but I think I really tried every single step what I could imagine so far.
