Just wondering if there is a safe way to make edits to the executions tab. I would like to add a profit/loss column and maybe clean up the way the data is presented. There is no profit/loss column in the settings that I can add, but it seems like calculating it would be a breeze.
Additionally, if this is possible, then maybe it would be possible to access the information in this panel directly to use in another custom panel I made. Right now, the information is calculated based on the actions I take (meaning it’s trying to figure out entries and exits, etc., but it would be easier (and I think more accurate) to programmatically just read that information directly from this panel that already has the information and it’s always correct.

Interesting. Claude wasn’t really confident in doing it. He was worried something would break and that any updates would break the addon, but I’ll see if this info changes his mind.
Do not trust AI. AI will confidently delete your drive and apologize later. AI is pretty good coding for ninjatrader mainly because of the wealth of knowledge the old forum had provided over the decades.
If you’re using claude, you’re probably using 4.7 or 4.8, and that is why it is making you unsure of yourself and unsure of itself. I would advise you to use 4.6 or fable, those will just build it, perform the research and give you what you’re looking for. Good luck.
