Big bar on new contract

Hi,

When I moved from the June-25 ES contract to the Sept-25 one, I got this big bar. I got the lastest NT8 desktop version.

I changed a few option in the global merge policy without sucess

after I change the option to “do not merge” I got this strange chart instea

What can I do to fixe this please?

Try reloading historical data, but do during globex hours. Some data providers may throttle the amount of intraday tick data you can download during RTH to manage their server loads.
