Apex account not synced with ninjatrader

Hi,

I purachased an Apex account, and contacted to them but seems everything is ok. They told me you need to add the Rithmic plug-in to the ninja account.

Please find attached some screenshot, I can enter to the account in rithmic but it does not apperar on Ninja:

Hello, I also had this exact problem recently with Rithmic. And the issue was support needed to enable some setting on my account.

When you use prop firms and then are inactive for a while, I think some settings on your account disables.

If you click About > Help, it should say something about Evaluation enabled. If it doesn’t, then you don’t have this setting enabled.
