New to the forum!
Can someone tell me if there is an Ai indicator either local or third party that would help with my entries?
I just want something for added confirmation.
has anyone used SFX Algo?
I use the desktop app for trading!
AI isn’t going to magically help your entries and help you become profitable. Otherwise everyone will be using AI
and become gazillionaires. I think “most likely” many that promote and sell indicators and algos, especially “ai” do it because they make more selling them than trading. I’m not saying all. Just saying most likely many. I’ve seen people go from asking basic questions to now promoting signals and indicators to make money on that monthly subscription.
Many of these gurus you see make money on referrals to these funding programs, so don’t believe all the hype.
Okay thanks for the info!
In your opinion is Ninja Trader charting fine?
Or would a Tradingview account be better?
I pay for my data through Ninja.
Thanks
Bro,
Learn:
- Time Price Opportunity (TPO)
- Balance / Imbalance
- Orderflow.
With AI (chatGPT or Gemini), you can learn these in 1-2 months, spend another 2-3 months assimilating it, and you’ll be smiling everyday.
The futures market is an auction marketplace
Learn those, and you’re set.
Thanks
I wasnt looking to depend on an indicator just confirmation in my mind in the beginning.
But ill looking into using a chatbot for extra help.
Thanks

Thanks for the input.
Alright, well if you want a chatbot, type “AI trading systems for Ninjatrader” into Google and click on the first link, see if you like what the AI is doing, and if you do buy it, install it on your computer.
And you’ll get what you want.
Cheers!
Idk it was a thought so i figured id get more expert advice posting here.
So thanks.
Cheers back at ya!
Alright bro, type in > VX9 Night and Day Trading System for NinjaTrader.
It apparently has an indicator, and can even take the trade for you, night or day.
There’s many out there, but this is what I found for ya’
Appreciate it.
Going alone its been hard not being able to get some advice. Been a year on sim and have finally grown my account 5000.
But this last week tore me up.
Got to learn to wait for aplus only.
Glad i joined the forum.
Thanks again
Are you running an algo or live trading? What time frames are you running? What instrument? What TP / SL?
My guess is you have seen some type of pattern / behavior from watching the charts that you like to see - if you have seen that pattern, find out how to put it into code so it can be integrated into your strategy (assuming you are algo).
If you’re looking for something to help keep you on the “right side” of a trade, the first question to really clarify is what type of trader you are. The tools you choose will vary a lot depending on whether you’re primarily scalping, day-trading trends, or holding swing positions.
For example, what keeps a scalper on the right side of the market is very different from what keeps a trend-trader aligned. Scalpers usually need fast-reacting tools that identify micro-cycles or momentum shifts. Trend traders generally need something that filters out noise and highlights broader directional structure.
So before even choosing an indicator, it helps to define:
- Are you scalping or swinging?
- What timeframes are you taking signals from?
- How long do you typically hold a trade?
- Are you looking for confirmation, direction, momentum, or structure?
Once you have that clarity, it becomes much easier to narrow down the right class of tools instead of trying to sift through the ocean of indicators out there.

Appreciate the insight!
I think madeinnyc has some great comments as far as where to start. Which instruments? Are you looking to create machine learning models from your data or use an indicator that helps with manual trades or something in between?
Cheers,
Eric
