Hello, does anyone have Issues regarding money transfer and funding options for Ninjatrader?
I´m based in Austria, and it seems like for now only funding option for Europe is via wire to a Lichtenstein Bank. Problem is, they refuse SEPA transfers according to “Regulatory Issues”.
Yes, bank account, and trading account are in my name, and i can follow instructions to a point.
Also contacted support twice with all the receipts and details!
So far NT support wasn´t helpful at all - except for stating the fact, that “yeah, transfer wasn´t going through, ah those complicated bank regulations.”, they didn´t have anything to say. my questions about other transfer and payment methods remain ignored. The Documentation, Google and AI offer a rarely seen amount of bullshit, so not much help there.
I have a meeting with my bank manager next week, but honestly i´m running out of patience - i´m fighting with the issue already for two weeks, and the whole “try again”, “try differently”, “or just guess” is quite frustrating for 2026.
As for now - i basically have installed all the possible apps,and tried all possible platforms. If you have any info what could be the issue feel free to reply.
hmmm. might worth trying - UK is outside of EU though . thank you anyway! i´ll try to check with support again, see if i get any usefull answers from them.
I live in EU and l made a transfer in 2023 thru UK while UK was not in EU anymore. So I would have the same problem as you. Bit it worked for me, so it should work for you too.
I did not ask support, I just made the transfer and the money was on my account within 24 hours.
Ninjatrader proposes themselves on their website within your account the possibility to transfer thru UK and use SEPA, so there is no reason why it should not work.
Unless there is a nationality problem for you. I think you are Russian, maybe that can create problems?
Or this Payward solution might be a problem. Is it not something like Revolut, Wise or Paypal? Then it can never be used as the payment should come from the person which name is on the trading account.
Absolutely no nationality Problem for me - Austrian now, born Ukrainian, all the files are applied as Austrian citizen.
as i stated - in my profile the only allowed transfer method is wired to Lichtenstein bank. i´ll come back, if i have clear answers form ninjatrader team or my bank.
Bizar that you get that proposal, and I get what is showed as default transfer method???
I still trade on 8.1.5.2 64-bit? But I don’t think that the problem is that, because I go in my profile thru my browser to my account where I request for transfers.
I am very familiar with Kiev. Was there when the Maidan revolt end of 2012 was going on.
