Add Button to all NT8 window title bars

I’d like to add a button to all title bars to execute the same code. I’ve only been able to get an additional bar below the control center tabs added to show a button (and executes code). Does anybody have sample code that puts a button on any type of NT8 window? I’m on 8.1.5.2
