8.1.5.0 64-bit unable to change timezone it is grayed out

I am unable to change the time zone; it is grayed out and stuck on UTC. I usually have it set to my local time zone. Can anybody suggest a fix for this?

  • Access Time Zone Settings: Open the Control Center, go to Tools > Options, and select General from the left-hand menu.
  • Change Time Zone: In the Properties section, a dropdown will allow selection of the desired time zone.
  • Save and Restart: Click OK to save changes and restart NinjaTrader for the new time zone to apply.

The same issue in mine.
the Time Zone field is inactive. Could anyone explain how to resolve this issue?
Ninjatrader version is 8.1.5.2
