Windiw says simulatio or live don t show up

when ninjatraader launches i don t get the sim or live window to choose , so i can t get into my sim accounts .

unistalled it resinstall same again , window live or simulation don t show up , says account error again username or password incorect logon failed . tried many emails same web i can login , but not ninjatrader
