Why is my historical data not loading

When I have my chart open, it only loads the candle from the moment I logged in. It’s not showing the full data from the start of the trading day today. When I click reload all historical data, every candle that has been painted since logging in resets to 1 candle. Even switching to a different instrument resets today’s chart data to 1 candle. What am I doing wrong? I’ve literally done everything I could find online to try to get the data to load right.

-Tools > Database Management > Update instruments didn’t work
-Reset DB didn’t work
-Repair DB didn’t work
-Right clicking the chart background and doing Reload all historical data doesn’t work

My market data is coming from Rithmic through Apex if that matters

I am having this exact issue. Reinstalled my NT and still not resolved. Perhaps an issue due to the market holidays?

Same for me too, todays data 1 minute or other bars are not loading properly. I’ve gone thru the reset db and setup new connection etc. Same issue. It was working earlier @ 6 til maybe 7:30 Eastern time.

Same here. Does Ninjatrader have some channel somewhere where they would announce an issue like this and when it’s fixed?

I’m not having issues on non-simulated feed. Did you try increasing your days to load to at least 3?
