when did NQ last time roll?/ date d time
For equity index futures rollover is the Monday before the 3rd Friday of the month, every 3 months.
I have an event marked on my calendar the 3rd Friday every 3 months and send myself an email 5 days prior. This is the Sunday before rollover.
I like to switch everything on the Sunday before rollover so everything is set for the rth Mon open.

You can subscribe to get notified by email, if you want to be alerted in time, at the opening of NY 09:30-09:40 AM when dominance of a new contract live is switching.
