says ninjatrader broker 15min beffore after news 4*times the margin , but doesn t say when exactly they back says approx 5min after ,but not clear where to check. Which events specifically affect margins of mgc ,mnq ? not sudden news am talking about calendar news , which affects those 2?

Is there an API?
I am also very curious to know about this flexible margin requirement. Is there an API which will tell in realtime what is the margin at this point of time for this particular instrument.
If I have this information I can tell my strategy to not trade when the margin is higher than a certain limit.
