I view the price chart for a maximum of 7-8 days, beyond the Ninja platform does not show me despite having set the view to many days 30-60 and over…

Assuming you have it set to view 30+ days, which is sounds like you are, the only thing I can think of is the contract is too recent, and does not have any other data past what it’s showing you. I would commonly see that as an issue whenever a rollover has just happened.
However, looking at MES 06-26, I am still getting data from 3/18 with it set at 30 days. What instrument are you trying to look at?
I look at es mes ym mym nq etc it happens to me with all the main futures … I visit the price together only for a maximum of 8-9 days at most and no more. If I scroll with the bar I see it even further, but the graph of together I see it maximum 8-9 days!! I don’t know the reason for this anomaly…
Can it be in your opinion, due to the subscription to Level 1 Data instead of Level 2?
I doubt that would affect how many bars you’re able to see on the chart…Are you saying you can scroll and see more but cannot see more than 8-9 days at once? What timeframe are you trying to look at?
Hi, I use the Range, 30 Range and 15 Range bar chart.
Could it be a problem of internet line (I don’t think so) or memory capacity of the PC ? My PC is quite new, it is 2 years old…
