Unable to Upload Required Documents During NinjaTrader Account Opening Process - Upload Area Locked

I’m in the process of opening a NinjaTrader account and received an email requesting additional required documents. However, after logging into my account via the link provided in the email, the file upload area is locked, and I’m unable to perform any actions (e.g., select or submit files).

Has anyone else encountered this issue? Any suggestions for a solution?

I recall being asked multiple times for documents I’d uploaded already multiple times. Go in the chat and find out what actually they want.
