Syncing desktop and mobile trade markers

Hi, I opened a trade on the desktop platform but had to close it out using the mobile app. The trade markers on the desktop app does not see the exit that was done on the mobile, and instead uses the exit of the next trade as the exit. Any ideas to resolve?
