Risk Template "Template name cannot be blank"

Greetings all,
From Control Center/Tools/Risk, when I edit an Instrument, clicking Apply or OK, gives the error message, it’s something simple, right? Anyone else have the same experience or suggestions. I’ve tried unconnected, connected and copying, I am out of clue in Texas

Thanks Marcus, tried it, however no luck still.

You probably have a template with no name in the right column - empty row… try to investigate or send a screen
