I have installed replikanto by flowbots and NT is asking for a valid license i do have one but there is knower to be inserted.
I had Version 8.1.8.2 installed and downgraded to Version 8.1.7.2 that not working either
any one know what is going on?
You need to update your machine ID on their website.
FYI Go to the Ninjatrader Control Center, then click Help > “3rd party licensing”
Downgrading NinjaTrader should not be necessary for this error. FlowBots places both NinjaTrader 8.1.7.2 and 8.1.8.2 in its 8.1.7.0 or newer download range and specifically confirms that Replikanto 1.6.1.7 supports NinjaTrader 8.1.8.2.
For context, changing Machine IDs is not an unavoidable NinjaTrader limitation. NinjaTrader now offers account-based Ecosystem licensing using the customer’s NinjaTrader account email. Full disclosure: I’m with QuantKey, whose Direct Licensing also does not require Machine IDs. Replikanto customers cannot choose a different licensing method themselves, however; FlowBots would need to migrate the product.
