Problem with installation Zip file

Hello i downloaded drawing tool (labeled horizontal line drawing tool) now when i try to imported into the platform following steps error message showing up then crushing platform down.
Any ideas what may be a reason? attaching screenshot

Take the zip file OUT of your OneDrive folder , place the zip file on your desktop and then attempt to upload
