Please FIX THIS

If anyone from NinjaTrader is reading. I’m sick and tired of writing long messages to support via the app only to be given this message time and time again. This has been the case for as long as I can remember. Why can’t it be fixed?

With this in mind what is the email for scripting support?

Have you already tried support.ninjatrader.com? What exactly do you mean by “scripting support”. If you mean support from NT customer service staff like in the legacy forums, I’m pretty sure they did away with that with the move here. I’m sure they still have technicians you can contact if you want them to do coding for you, and I’d assume that would be covered somewhere in that support website.

The whole point of the in-app support is you can automatically attach screenshots and send log files. Also, ‘scripting support’ is an option when you send the message. Is why I mentioned it so I assume they have a special team for that.

Sending an email and zipping up, attaching files manually which are often +25MB is a hassle.

If in app support doesn’t work. Remove it.

Ah. I was just thinking of the forums here, not so much in app support. Haven’t had much luck with them there

Contact them via their support email and include screenshots and a clear explanation as to what you’re experiencing.

I reported this bug to support at least 4 times over the last 6 months.
