NT Crashing when I move chart or move order entries. No Log or Trace files

I’ve been a NT user for about 6 years.
About 4 months ago I started noticing that when I move order entries on the chart (using chart trader) the chart will sometimes ‘redraw’ and glitch. Other times NT will simply crash. (Not ideal when trading!)

Weirdly, when I look for the Log and Trace files, those directories are empty.

Anyone else experiencing anything like this? Any ideas?

Maybe you can try redownloading an updated version and repair instead of installing it.

Thanks. I actually reformatted my harddrive and reinstalled everything. It’s still giving me these glitches and crashes. I don’t get it.
