LIVE Streaming problem

Hello
I am trying to do a LIVE stream of my NT 8 window on youtube. Doesn’t matter which software I use. It display a BLANK Still screen. I cannot see the chart moving on the live stream. I have talked to ALL the vendors that i have software and they say it is not the software and that it is NT8 and how it is using the display etc. Need help. Anyone know what I can do?

• Open your streaming software (e.g., OBS).
• Add a “Window Capture” source (Do not use “Game Capture”).
• Select your NinjaTrader chart window.
• Look for a setting called “Capture Method”.
• Default is usually “Automatic” or “BitBlt”.
• Change this setting to “Windows 10 (1903 and up)” (sometimes called WGC).
• Why this works: The “Windows 10” method forces the streaming software to use a modern Windows API that can “see” the hardware-accelerated WPF charts that NT8 uses. The old “BitBlt” method only sees the window frame, which results in a blank or frozen image.
