LIFO accounting for trade executions

I’m a new user to NinjaTrader, and I’m surprised that there isn’t a feature that supports LIFO accounting for managing Trade executions. This is a no-brainer feature to me as it 1) gives flexibility around tax reporting, and, most useful intraday, 2) makes it easier to manage add-on Trades around a core.

Perhaps others share this opinion. I submitted a ticket to the NinjaTrader support AI.

FIFO etc is down to the brokerage, not NinjaTrader app..

Also, I could be wrong but I believe FIFO is the only option with certain futures contracts. CME -E-mini for example.

edit: I’m correct about that. "ES (E-mini S&P 500 Futures) CME applies a FIFO matching engine to all trades in ES. "
