My charts always only load 3 or 5 days. So i have to go in under data feed and change to 30 or 60 manually.
But if i leave chart and then come back its back to 3 days again. How can i fix this so its stays at 30 or 60 days without having to reset it everytime time i switch charts?
I’m not sure where exactly your issue is or how you save before closing the platform. I assume you have some kind of workspace. Here is how to save your Data Series settings properly:
In the menu click New, then select Chart. A window will appear - add your ticker.
The settings will appear, configure everything the way you want.
At the bottom above the buttons you will see Preset - click it,
a Save option will appear, click Save.
Next time the window is created these settings will automatically load.
You can also right-click on the chart and select Template at the bottom of the context menu — after that all settings will also be available when creating a window in Data Series at the top under the window title. Right now it shows nothing there. Once you add a template it will appear and you can select it immediately, but you will have to add the charts to the window manually
