Hello
the historical Forex data are missing since Monday. After start of NinjaTrader there are gaps at all charts since Friday and the charts start from the moment of connection. It does the same on both my computers.
I am using the FXCM connection with NinjaTrader historical data server checked on. I have tried to download Historical data with no success. I have tested it with NT historical data server checked off - no change.

Since youâre using a 3rd party connection, the problem could be the 3rd party and most likely is.
Most of the problems are user error so here are steps you should take from here on out that has helped me.
1 . Ask an AI tool
. This usually solved the issue. .
- Contact ninjatrader at their email, which you have.

You are right and I am solving this with Ninja support as well for several hours already.
We have moved forward just a minute ago, so use this workaround (it did not work several hour earlierâŚ):
Unfortunately this is a known issue with our historical data servers. They have not been recording historical data for forex instruments since the Sunday open. Our server team is working on a solution.
You could use historical data from FXCM to fill the gap.
⢠Disconnect the FXCM connection at Control Centerâ>Connections first
⢠Click configure at Control Centerâ>Connections
⢠Select the FXCM connection in the Configured box
⢠Disable âNinjaTrader historical data serverâ on the right
⢠Click OK
⢠Connect to your FXCM connection
If the missing data is not loaded initially, please right click in the chart and select âReload All Historical Dataâ.

Hi, Ninja support has just confirmed the historical data servers are refilled and in operation. You can enable them and reconnect. Ivo
