"File not found" error downloading from ecosystem

I’ve gotten this error several times recently when trying to download indicators from the ecosystem web site. Some things will download successfully, but others are missing for some reason.

Is there something wrong with the ecosystem site or is it just me?

Here’s an example of an indicator I can’t download:
