Is it OK for two or more strategies in ninjatrader to simultaneously create a trade for the same or even different instrument (one on standard while another on micro) with the same entry signal name. I can see that every strategy gets Order Updates only for it own orders that it had created but is it ok for Ninjatrader to have to manage multiple trades with the same signal name…I am assuming this should not be a problem because i would expect Ninjatrader to manage active orders based on order id and not order name…but chatgpt keeps talking nonsense and he has instilled this fear in me that ninja trader will get confused and will not map take profit stop loss properly if there are multiple positions with the same signal name because that is how he maps to them through “from signal name” field.
