There have been several longstanding requests from NinjaTrader users about being able to use different ATM strategies on individual tabs within the same chart window.
This came up multiple times on the old NinjaTrader forum, including under the official feature request SFT-2060. Since the old forum has now been decommissioned, I wanted to bring the topic over here for anyone still looking for this functionality.
I built an indicator called The ATM Tab Protector to address this specific limitation.
It allows each chart tab to keep its own ATM selection and preset quantity. You load it once on each tab you want protected, and then you can switch between tabs without losing the ATM selection for that tab.
For example, you could have NQ, ES, GC, and CL tabs inside one chart window, each with its own ATM strategy preserved.
