Data subscription cancellation issue

I am trying to cancel the renewal of my market data subscription. When I press the cancel renewal > cancel now buttons, nothing happens. In my history and notifications there is no indication that my subscription has been canceled. When I contact support by email, I get a worthless AI response that disregards my message and guides me through the exact steps I took. Any tips on getting the cancellation to go through, or on how to reach an actual human being with override capabilities? These AI responses are driving me insane.

It looks like after emailing support and getting an initial AI response, you can get a human response. I’m in good shape now thanks.
