Both are not functional for me.

I can get to some help guide pages using old bookmarks.

Are you experiencing the same?

Correct. And Google will quickly tell you “nt8 help guide” or “nt8 release notes” anytime you forget the link. For the dashboard portal you want NinjaTrader.
