Alerts conditions disappear after restart

I have a number of charts which need alerts rebuilt after restarts because the alert conditions disappear. Like this, where the object is gone:

I had the same problem. If I still remember well the problem is that if you create alerts you should never change the settings from time or use the same chart for other contracts.
Only the object disappears. That is logical because if you change the timeframe or the contract, the alert needs another object.
You can also not copy this template to a new chart, adapt that chart for some other contract or timeframe as NT will lose again the object as the object you used at start is not corresponding with the latter one.
I hope you understand my explanation, as it is difficult to describe what happens.
Example:
you create for NQ09-25 in a 60 min chart an alert.
If now you change the NQ 09-25 for ES 09-25, the object is not correct anymore, so you should replace that and save it. The same problem if you change the 60 min in 15 min.
First you had object NQ09-25 and after that you needed ES 09-25.

Don’t forget to save the changed settings each time before you close the charts…

This only happens when i restart the platform. I never change the contracts, except to roll. Bizarre, wish they would fix this it’s annoying to have to redo a bunch of alerts everyday.

I think there is a problem with your settings or how you do. Because I have alerts in different timeframes and don’t have any problems at all.
I close NT8 completely every day and start it up again the next day.
Do you have the latest upgrade? 8.1.5.1 64-bit

I added a new alert. This time to check the value of an indicator with the value 0.
You can clearly see under OBJECT the indicator and the timeframe. In alerts where I compare the actual price with a horizontal line the OBJECT stays empty.

I closed NT8 completely and restarted it. All alerts are still there.
